SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cutting and roasting fish fillet in vegetable oil; cutting and frying brown onions, lemons and tomatoes in vegetable oil; cutting and freezing thyme, rosemary and parsley green parts; grating garlic. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with sesame paste, lemon juice, common salt, sweet red pepper, hot black pepper, hot red pepper, coriander, caraway and laurel leaf. The mixture obtained, fish fillet and fish broth should be packed followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
