SUBSTANCE: tinned food for space feeding is made by cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing fish fillet, cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing onions, lemons and tomatoes, freezing and mincing thyme, rosemary and parsley leaves, straining garlic. Then the listed ingredients are mixed with fish broth, sesame paste, lemon juice, salt, sweet pepper and СО2-biomass extract of the specified micromicet type of hot black pepper, chili pepper, coriander, caraway and laurel, the mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, pressurized and sterilized.
EFFECT: tinned food has enhanced digestibility.
