FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has intrabone pins, four threaded rods, two plates, arm pieces mounted onto plates for intrabone pin and reposition units. Plates are made in form of rectangles and they are provided with openings for threaded rods to have rounded protrusions disposed along angles along longer sides of plates. They are provided with openings for mounting reposition units, which are disposed along plates uniformly in three rows along longer sides. Openings for threaded prods are made in plates onto mentioned protrusions. Any reposition unit is made in form of threaded ties and cantilevers for ends of threaded ties. Threaded tie has four-sided thickening in its central part. Through opening for intrabone pin is disposed in perpendicular to axis of tie; intrabone pin is mounted for movement and fixation by nuts. Ends of threaded ties are mounted for movement and fixation by nuts in arm pieces for ends of end ties fixed in openings of plates. Operation treatment provides preservation of support and motive functions of damaged extremity.
EFFECT: reduced traumatism of operation; improved reposition properties; higher strength of fixation; improved efficiency of treatment.
