SUBSTANCE: rod apparatus for transosteal tibia osteosynthesis contains rings with holes connected with each other by means of threaded bars and reponing units, made in form of blackets with threaded hole at the base, fixed on rings by means of screws and equipped with transosteal rods. Apparatus is also equipped with reponing units, each made in form of treaded rods with cylindrical bush with smooth longitudinal canal and threaded transversal holes. In canals transosteal rods are installed with possibility of rotational and axial movement and nut fixation. Threaded ends of reponing units are located with possibility of movement and nut fixation in holes of blackets with threaded hole at the base, located on internal surfaces of apparatus rings.
EFFECT: reduction of traumaticity of operation, its simplification, improvement of repositioning properties of apparatus, ensuring increase of operative treatment efficiency.
