FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. Method consists in using a rod transosseous osteosynthesis apparatus with three holed arches, an arch arm, transosseous rod arms with threaded holes at the bottom and four reducing bushed joints for transosseous rods with threaded screw portions. The latter are mounted in arm holes and screwed. In proximal and distal humerus fragments there are two channels drilled to insert two transosseous rods delivered closer to fracture line of proximal and distal humerus fragments and fixed in the bushes of reducing joints while being attached to the internal surface of the arches by arms with a threaded hole at the bottom and bolts. Said rod transosseous osteosynthesis apparatus is mounted. In a mediate fragment there are two channels drilled also to insert two transosseous rods which fixed in the bushes of reducing joints established from both sides of the middle arch by arms. At first proximal fragment with mediate fragment are repositioned, then mediate fragment with distal fragment are. The mediate fragment is repositioned while moving the middle arch by threaded bars, the elements of reducing joint with a screw nut perpendicularly, while moving the bush with threaded rods in arm holes fixed to the arches and transosseous rods. The rod apparatus is stabilised with complete and precise reposition of proximal, mediate and distal humerus fragments.
EFFECT: reduced operative injures, operative simplification, improved reposition properties of the apparatus and higher efficiency of extrafocal osteosynthesis of segmental humerus fracture.
