FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis has lower component 4 connected with ram bone 2, which component has top surface of slide 10. Endoprosthesis has top component 3 with lower surface of sliding 7 and top surface 23 of connection with surface of resection of shin-bone. Insertion of endoprosthesis has two surfaces of sliding 15 and 15 to communicate with surface of sliding 7 and 10 of top and lower components 3 and 4. Top component 3 in front and/or sagittal section has shape of wedge between its lower surface of sliding 7 and top surface 23 of connection and/or insertion 5 between its surfaces of sliding 15 and 16 in sagittal section. Ankle endoprosthesis assembly has lower component 4 connected with ram bone 2, which component has top surface of sliding 10; top component 3 which has parallel lower surface 7 of sliding and surface 23 of connection with surface of resection of shin-bone 1. It also has insertion 5 with two surfaces of sliding 15 and 16 which surfaces communicate with surfaces 7 and 10 of sliding of top and lower components 3 and 4. There is no widening in front or back direction of insertion. Assembly also has correcting top and lower components which can be used instead of top components 3 with parallel top and lower surfaces. Correcting components are made in form of wedge between lower surface of sliding 7 and top surface 23 of connection in sagittal and/or frontal section, and/or contain correcting insertions which can be used instead of insertions without widening in front or back directions Correcting insertions have shapes of wedge in sagittal plane between surface of sliding 15 and 16.
EFFECT: prevention or reduction in misbalance between existing anatomical (and correspondingly being subjected to surgical operation) features and prosthetic appliance.
