FIELD: sports; measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: method can be sued for determination of degree of preparation of sportsmen and for improving achievements in sports. Instant values of acceleration of target are registered before strike - during process of impact and after strike is over. Values of acceleration of target are calculated on base values achieved before under effect of strike during time of strike. Speed of target is measured at moment when strike is made by means of integration of target's acceleration under effect of strike during time of strike. Target has to be standard box pear or strike receiver, which doesn't disturb biomechanics of specific type of strike. Maximal value of power is measured additionally, registered during strike, and time of strike. To estimate physical state of sportsman/woman, energy of strikes is summed within specific time interval.
EFFECT: improved truth of results of measurements.
