EFFECT: embodiments of the method and device for its implementation provide for imitation of the movement of a partner by creating and controlling parameters of forced oscillations of a target of various types: periodic, and/or damped, and/or aperiodic, as well as movement or inclinations of the target when objects moving in the direction of the target are detected and control of the reaction time to the approaching object.
