FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to enterprises for storing and processing of grain and it can be used for heating grain in processing. Proposed system for heating grain material has auger conveyor with housing of U-shaped section, and cover. Auger is installed in housing for rotation. Volumetric electric heaters arranged in row on outer surface of housing are also U-shaped in section, and row of flat electric heaters is arranged on cover. Volumetric electric heaters and flat electric heaters are connected in parallel. Electric heaters are made on butyl rubber base and are provided with conducting layer with electrodes in insulating layer. Each volumetric electric heater has electrodes arranged along its generating form. Electrodes are arranged at equal distance form each other, and extreme electrodes are located in places of connection of cover. Auger conveyor has charge and discharge ports, and auger of auger conveyor is provided with drive.
EFFECT: improved reliability of grain material heating system, provision of uninterrupted operation.
