FIELD: packages, particularly sealing devices and sealing device connection methods.
SUBSTANCE: sealing unit comprises pouring assembly arranged inside vessel neck. The pouring assembly includes at least two independent shutoff members, namely inner and outer ones. Each shutoff member comprises support lid with orifice. The orifice has conical recess receiving outer shutoff member cone. Outer shutoff member cone has central orifice. Conical recess surface of outer shutoff member is smooth. Conical recess surface of inner shutoff member is provided with micro-projections. Thrust lid of outer shutoff member has annular locking extension and resilient annular sealing extension arranged on outer surface thereof, as well as lower perforated base with rod located in center thereof. Rod diameter is less than that of central cone orifice. Thrust lid of inner shutoff member has annular locking extension created on outer surface thereof. Cone and thrust lid of inner shutoff member have dimensions exceeding corresponding dimensions of outer shutoff member. Pouring assembly has solid, opaque body made of polymeric material and shaped as cylinder with inner orifice having varying cross-section. Body is closed with perforated plate from above. The perforated plate is arranged at vessel neck section. Perforation plate orifices are created within circle having diameter less than outer shutoff member cone diameter. Thrust extensions are formed on inner side of perforated plate facing cone. Annular recess to receive annular locking extension of outer shutoff member is located inside upper body part. Support surface is created inside lower pouring assembly body part having larger inner orifice in comparison with that of upper body part. Trust extensions are connected to said support surface. Ribs, which provide inner shutoff member cone fixation, are formed on inner generator defining larger pouring assembly orifice. Annular depression to receive annular locking extension of thrust inner shutoff member lid is located inside lower body part. Two resilient annular sealing extensions are made on outer generator defining pouring assembly body surface in lower and upper parts thereof.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vessel sealing, which improves sealing unit reliability and enhances counterfeit protection, and improved vessel appearance.
