FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry, namely to devices intended for sealing containers, in particular glass bottles with strong high-quality alcoholic beverages. The closure device for a bottle with a liquid comprises a casing 1 with a plastic cylindrical housing 2 located in it, comprising on the inner surface an annular groove 3 with undurable perforated annular part 4 between the upper butt edge 23 and the lower butt edge 24 for the separation of a detachable ring 26 from the said housing 2 at opening the closure device. The closure device also comprises a dispensing device 5 with inlet and outlet openings, a cap 6 rigidly attached in the cylindrical housing 2 above the said annular groove 3, with the thread on the inner surface, interacting with the thread on the upper part of the dispensing device 5, and a plug 7 with the upper end surface 20, upper and lower cylindrical mounting surfaces 8 and 9, respectively, and the upper and lower support annular surfaces 10 and 11, respectively. The upper cylindrical mounting surface 8 of the plug 7 is connected with the inner surface of the cavity of the dispensing device 5, and its lower cylindrical mounting surface 9 comprises a seal 12 contacting with the bottle neck 13, and the lower part of the dispensing device 5 is equipped with a cylindrical skirt 14, containing a locking elements 15 for fixing on the bottle neck 13 and an annular protrusion 16 in contact with the annular groove 3 of the cylindrical housing 2. The upper support annular surface 10 of the plug 7 comprises fixing teeth 17 for preventing the spinning of the dispensing device 5 with respect to the plug 7 and abuts the corresponding stopping elements 18 located congruently, made in the dispensing device cavity 5. The lower support annular surface 11 of the plug 7 is provided with fixing hooks 19 for the prevention of spinning the plug 7 relative to the bottle neck 13. The capping unit of the bottle together with the said closure device comprises the bottle neck 13 having at least one annular rib 36 on the side part and an end adjacent to the lower support annular surface 11 of the plug 7. At that on the end of the bottle neck 13 stopping ribs 37 are made with a predetermined pitch, designed for engagement with the fixing hooks 19 arranged on the lower support annular surface 11 of the plug 7.

EFFECT: creation of the closure device and the capping unit of the bottle with liquid provides high reliability of capping the bottle and prevention of spinning the closure device relative to the bottle neck with the simultaneous reduction of material consumption of the capping unit of the bottle.
