FIELD: oil production, particularly to recover product flow rate by natural rock channel clogging removal.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises body made as two cylindrical halves, namely upper and lower ones. Upper and lower body halves are closed with cups. Device also has conical discs with spacing pipes, chisel, radial outlet inserts with nozzles having replaceable washers. Conical discs with spacing pipes are secured to upper cup through coupling bolt in such manner that annular chambers are created between body wall and conical discs. Gaps between conical discs and body are used as annular nozzles. Conical chamber passing into nozzle with flared end is created inside body under conical disc. Chisel is installed on cap in lower body part so that breaking means and body section located over chisel define resonance chamber. Annular compensation chamber with annular nozzle is created under chisel. Radial outlet inserts with nozzles to change efflux jet direction and with replaceable washer are installed in lower body part. Replaceable washer blocks some of nozzles.
EFFECT: extended acoustic rock channel treatment zone, increased reliability and service life, as well as simplified structure.
