SUBSTANCE: mixer contains a housing with axial and radial nozzles for the input of components, a branch pipe for the product outlet. A mixing element consists of a conical insert with circular grooves on its surface. The insert is located in the conical part of the body and is fixed in it. The mixing element casing is fitted by through channels set on concentrical circumferences. The inlet nozzle is made in the form of a nozzle consisting of a constriction, a slot-shaped hole and an expansion. The constriction and expansion have a rectangular cross-section. In the central part of the nozzle there are two cylindrical resonators connected with slits. A number of annular grooves are formed on the protrusions of the conical insert of the mixing element.

EFFECT: increasing the purity of the finished product.
