FIELD: electronic devices.
SUBSTANCE: proposed midget hermetically sealed bushing insulator is metal-ceramic junction structure that has current lead-in, insulator, and bushing. Current lead-in is made in the form of thin-walled cylindrical contact with blind hole. Insulator material is non-metalized corundum or forsterite ceramics; coaxially disposed component parts of bushing insulator are joined together by means of active copper-titanium solder.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of hermetically sealed metal-ceramic assembly.
