FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of electro-vacuum devices; it can be used for the manufacture of electrical sealed input units in a shell of devices made of corundum ceramics VK94-1. A method includes placing an input made of aluminum alloy AMc in a hole of the shell and installing contacts made of different metals on the inner and outer surface of the input, and hermetically connecting the input to contacts and to the shell by means of diffusion welding in vacuum with a discharge of 10-2-10-7 mm Hg. In this case, welding is carried out simultaneously from the side of the inner and outer contacts at a temperature of 250-600°C for 1-30 minutes, and compression of the input with contacts is carried out until contacts touch the surface of the mentioned shell, wherein the pressure during welding is determined by the dependence
, where
P is the welding pressure at the welding temperature t in the range of 250-600°C, P250 is the welding pressure at the welding temperature 250°C, which is equal to P250=145 MPa, a=7.045×10-3.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase strength characteristics of the input unit.
