FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to radio electronics and instrument making and can be used to make all types of powerful radio electronic and electrical equipment, including for powerful sealed secondary power sources and other electronic and electrical systems. Disclosed is a method for low-temperature formation of metal-ceramic sealed leads of any configuration for devices and units radio electronic equipment by making connections and joints from a monolithic structure between current leads and components made from alumina ceramic with openings of any configuration. Directed gas-dynamic spraying of aluminium powder with an air jet heated to 200-400°C at pressure of 2-4 atm is carried out around joints and structural gaps of the current leads and ceramic components.
EFFECT: method provides a strong and sealed connection between sealed lead components with high electrical and mechanical strength.
