FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, and in particular to a technology for the manufacture of high-voltage cable glands containing metal-glass and glass-ceramic joints, designed to organize high-voltage lines into sealed zones, in particular, to supply high voltage to the interior of an explosion-proof chamber. The method for producing a high-voltage solder joint includes assembling a pressure seal from at least one current lead assembly and glass and metal parts covering it. The current lead and the glass part are fixed in the cylindrical hole of the metal part, followed by soldering in an argon medium and holding at the soldering temperature for 20-30 min, followed by cooling at a rate of 5±1°C/min to a temperature of 400±10°C, and then with the switch off oven. Soldering is carried out simultaneously with pressing the glass part with punches, one of which is movable. During the assembly process, the punches are isolated from the glass part by ceramic parts, each having at least one flat end, with which the ceramic parts are oriented towards the glass part during assembly. Pressing is carried out with the condition of providing a specific pressure on the glass part of 2-25 g/cm2 at a temperature of 950-1050°C.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the solder joint while ensuring high tightness of the solder joint under high-voltage loads.
