FIELD: automatic electrical means for rodent controlling in store, dwelling and other houses.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has chamber with animal entrance, bait placed at said entrance, animal striking device consisting of two electrodes, animal presence detecting device formed as optical pair, and stricken animal body removal device formed as plate defining floor of said chamber and mounted for rotation around horizontal axis. Bait is placed at one side of plate and counterweight is fixed on plate at other side of plate. Apparatus has electric circuit for connecting electrodes to high voltage source, and control unit. Plate is fixed in horizontal position by means of retainer connected to control unit.

EFFECT: increased rate of response and reduced consumption of power.
