FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises of case quipped with input unit containing electrodes connected to high-voltage supply. Path of creeper to bait placed above electrodes lies between them. Light ray of optical sensor mounted between bait and electrodes crosses case space above electrodes. Electrodes are mounted on vertical case side, and between them there is a collector for affected creepers. Electrodes are connected to high-voltage supply through control box coupled with optical sensor output.
EFFECT: apparatus enables to deal with creeper more effectively due to avoidance of passageway blocking between electrodes.
