SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to destruction of insects. Device for insect control has source of electromagnetic radiation and housing. Housing is made in form of coil. Radiation source is made in form of high-frequency voltage generator. During implementation of insect control method electromagnetic radiation in high frequency currents range is generated. Increased field intensity of emitter to value providing heating insect body to temperature of its destruction. Higher intensity is started from insect approach moment to heating zone. Finished high tension through present time insect death.
EFFECT: expanded functionality and improved operational characteristics is enabled.
