SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be manufactured due to cutting, roasting in melted butter and reducing beef upon a chopper; cutting, frying in melted butter and reducing brown onions upon a chopper; cutting, blanching and reducing potatoes, hot red pepper and apples upon a chopper; freezing and reducing dill and coriander greens upon a chopper. Then the above-mentioned components should be mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, common salt and a CO2-extract of laurel leaf. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized. The suggested canned food is of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
