SUBSTANCE: new preserves for cosmic feeding, having improved digestibility in comparison with the same culinary dish, are prepared by cutting, frying in melted butter and shredding of veal, cutting, sauting in melted oil and shredding of the onion, cutting, blanching and shredding of potato, red pepper and apples, freezing and shredding of dill greens and cilantro. Then the listed components are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, salt and CO2- biomass extracts of specified micromitset and laurel leaf. The mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
