SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be prepared due to cutting and blanching potatoes and prune, shelling and cutting hen eggs, cutting and freezing lettuce and parsley greens, cutting pickled cucumbers, hen meat and crabs' meat, freezing fresh grains of green peas. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique. It is necessary to mix sour cream, mayonnaise, bone broth, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, common salt, hot black pepper, Jamaica pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg to obtain the sauce. The mixture obtained and the sauce should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The suggested canned food is of increased digestibility.
