SUBSTANCE: method involves cooking sparrow to ready state; withdrawing from soup; removing bones; grinding sparrow meat in grinder; freezing and grinding dill green and green onion in grinder; blanching and grinding bulb onion in grinder; mixing said components with meat-and-bone soup, edible salt, and CO2-extracts of red hot pepper, jeera, and laurel leaf; packaging resulted mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of novel canned food used in space feeding.
