SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drugs, in particular, to a solid pharmaceutical composition as a tablet. Tablet is prepared by direct pressing and comprises partial 5-HT₄ agonist, tegaserod as a base or salt taken in the amount up to 10 wt.-%, a diluting agent taken in the amount 70-90 wt.-%, a raising agent taken in the amount 15 wt.-%, not less, agent promoting to sliding, lubricating agent and binding agent wherein amount of components are taken as measured for the total mass of the composition. Except for, the invention relates to methods for preparing this pharmaceutical composition by method of direct pressing. Invention provides increasing stability of tablet based on reducing its hygroscopicity.
