FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises causing air to flow through a humidifier and condensation chamber with gas duct of predominantly rectangular in cross-section. The temperatures of the opposite adjacent walls of the duct are different. The temperature difference between the hot and outlet cold parts of each wall ranges from 20 to 35°C. The temperature difference between the adjacent walls of the duct ranges from 35 to 55°C. The time interval for which particles flow through the duct is 0.3-6 s. Downstream of the condensation chamber, the air flow is directed to the moisture separator. The device comprises air humidifier, compressor, compressed air humidifier, heater , and condensation chamber with gas duct. The ratio of the length to the height of duct of the condensation chamber is more than 20.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
