FIELD: manufacturing concrete sleepers.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises setting anchors into the mold, locking the anchors, tightening reinforcement, filling the mold with concrete, packing the concrete mixture, heating the mixture, and removing the sleeper from the mold. Before locking the anchor within the mold, the insert is set into the space between the anchor wall facing the sleeper center and mold. The insert is removed simultaneously with removing the sleeper form the mold and is locked inside the mold simultaneously with the setting pin into the openings made in the inserts.

EFFECT: reduced cost and enhanced efficiency of manufacturing.
