FIELD: processes and equipment for making concrete and reinforced concrete beam type products, possibly under-rail beds, supports, cross bars and other reinforced concrete articles.

SUBSTANCE: working steel reinforcement is placed in cells mounted in carcass of multiple forms and it is tightened. Then in openings of bottoms of plates of cells forming under-rail bed of sleepers anchors are arranged and fastened. Cells are filled with concrete or composition mixture. When said mixture solidifies forms are removed; lengths of sleepers are cut by separate products and then they are subjected to inspection and stacking; ready sleepers are stored. Counter tie rods are arranged in lower portion of said carcass for realizing tension of counter tie rods with effort whose value is calculated according to condition for creating counter-moment that is less or equal to working moment created at tightening reinforcement. Said value is selected depending upon lengthwise rigidity of form. Distance "b" between gravity center of counter tie rods and gravity center of form is selected depending upon distance "a" between gravity center of form and gravity center of working reinforcement placed in cell at making sleepers and upon relation of tension value Qa of working reinforcement and tension value Qctr of counter tie rods with use of relation a/b = Qct/Qa. In plates there are through openings corresponding to configuration of anchor part and having tapered (by angle 45 - 89 °) lateral surfaces narrowed downwards.
