FIELD: construction, particularly road paving base construction.
SUBSTANCE: method involves serially laying fractioned crushed stone on road base and vibratory compacting the base. After crushed stone having 40-70 particle dimensions laying on sand base having maximal thickness of 40 cm or crushed stone having 20-40 particle dimensions laying on sand base having maximal thickness of 25 cm or crushed stone having 10-20 particle dimensions laying on sand base having maximal thickness of 10 cm additional vibratory compaction is carried out to create stone frame. Then the gaps are filled with dry sand-containing mix and base surface is cleaned so that coarse crushed stone particles project over base surface for 15-20 mm.
EFFECT: increased module of elasticity and base strength due to improved filling of gaps between crushed stone particles with dry mixture having increased density, decreased construction costs due to elimination of cement usage.
