SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-plant canned food for space feeding. The method of cans manufacturing involves preparing recipe components, cutting, sauteing in melted butter and mincing onion, cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes, blanching and mincing dried apricots, freezing and mincing parsley, cutting and mincing mutton, boiling peas up to double increase in mass and mincing, mixing the above components with bone broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2-extracts of the specified micromitste biomass, black pepper and bay leaves, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
