SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing canned food for cosmic nutrition due to preparing all the recipe components: cutting, roasting in melted butter and reducing mutton upon a chopper; cutting, frying brown onions in melted butter with subsequent reducing upon a chopper; freezing and reducing parsley greens upon a chopper; blanching and reducing dried apricots upon a chopper; cooking rice till a 2-fold increase of its mass with subsequent reducing it upon a chopper; reducing the kernels of pistachio nuts upon a chopper. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, common salt and CO2-extracts of cinnamon and hot black pepper. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes at a certain ratio of the components. This enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
