FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: preserved food is made by cutting and freezing dill leaves, cutting skinless filleted fish and mixing the specified ingredients with allspice without access for oxygen. Drinking water is mixed with acetic acid, sugar and salt to get the marinade. The mixture and marinade are packed, pressured, cooled and keep till ageing.
EFFECT: preserved food has enhanced digestibility.
