FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production method for fish and vegetable preserves. Method comprises preparation of recipe components, cutting and freezing fresh ornamental cabbages and dill, cutting skinned fish fillet and lemons, mixing listed components; mixing drinking water, acetic acid, sugar, and salt to produce marinade filler; packaging produced mixture and marinade filler, sealing, cooling, and maturating.
EFFECT: method allows to produce new preserves with usage of non-traditional vegetable raw materials without changing organoleptic properties of target product.
