FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by parsley leaves cutting and freezing, herring fillet cutting, placing parsley on it to obtain rolls, raw onions cutting and blanching, carrots cutting and blanching, mixing of raw onions, carrots, acetic acid, sugar, salt, sodium benzoate, cloves, hot black pepper and laurel leaf, packing of rolls, obtained mixture and drinking water, sealing, cooling and maturating.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
