SUBSTANCE: method provides for cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing carp fillet, cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing onions, freezing and mincing spring onions and parsley leaves, mixing the listed ingredients with wheaten breadcrumbs, sour cream, citric acid, fish broth, sugar, salt, CO2 -biomass extracts of the specified micromicet type, hot black pepper, cloves and laurel, packing the mixture in aluminum tubes, pressurization and sterilization.
EFFECT: tinned food for space feeding has enhanced digestibility.
