SUBSTANCE: tinned food is made by cutting and frying carp fillet in melted butter, cutting and browning onions in melted butter, cutting and freezing spring onions and parsley leaves, mixing the listed ingredients with wheaten breadcrumbs, sour cream, acetic acid, sugar, salt, hot black pepper, cloves and laurel without access for oxygen, packing the mixture and fish broth, pressurization and sterilization.
EFFECT: new tinned food has enhanced digestibility.
