FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in joining and sewing pieces together leaving an unstitched gap for a pocket opening, while the pieces being sewn are joined, their wrong sides together, and stitched from the right side. The seam allowances are spread apart and pressed open, then folded twice inwardly and pressed over. Next the folded seam allowances are stitched on the pieces with stitches being put along the folds and a zipper tape being put under and sewn from the wrong side. Then a patch pocket, being at the same time the pocket lining, is stitched to the wrong side.
EFFECT: providing the construction of a pocket to be used in reversible clothes.
