FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves crosswise conducting threads, making loops overlap on external tendon surface. Thread ends are brought through stem to tendon end surface forming loops overlapping in end face surface zone. Threads are conducted in the like way at the other tendon end. Thread ends are tied forming core suture and adapting microsurgical suture is placed. Thread is transversely conducted three times in the same longitudinal plane over frontal surface of the tendon without affecting its vascular zone. The ends of cross-running thread are brought under the vascular zone in opposite directions to the lateral surface on each tendon end transversely with respect to the conducted thread and then into the stem core through crossed loops.
EFFECT: prevented thread eruption; reduced free threads number on cartilage surface; prevented commissure process formation.
