FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: d-metal salt: cobalt chloride or nickel chloride, cobalt or nickel chloride crystallohydrate or silver nitrate, is treated with at least one of the following organic compounds: polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), acetylacetone (АА) or polyethylenepolyamine (PEPA). At first, a mixture of АА and PEPA may be prepared, PVA and d-metal salt aqueous solutions may be added to the said mixture to obtain gel, which is then dried to glassy state and milled. The said organic compounds and d-metal salt are taken in molar ratio of (5-1): 1. Then they are stage-heated to 200-400°С.

EFFECT: invention provides for reduction in power consumption and production of metal-carbon nanostructures in the form of films and tubulens.
