At the same every anode and every cathode are made off corrosion-resistant steel, through all the length of the walls of the tube have the perforated holes, and inside of the tube it is installed screw guides of the steam, made as spiral conveyer from corrosion-resistant steel and have the electric contact with inside tube surface. For the water supplying to the electro-activator it is anticipated the tube with the steam divisor.

EFFECT: regulation of reductive-oxidative characteristic of the water and for providing the possibility to increase the biological activity and creating of optimal condition for growing of agricultural crop with the aim of maximal crop-producing.
