FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electric activator incorporates a dielectric material casing divided by a partition into an anode and cathode chambers and furnished with pipelines to withdraw used negative and positive potential water separately. The cathode and anode represent a perforated coil-bent round-section pipe length made of anti-rust stainless steel, the perforated hole diameters varying from 0.01 mm to 0.5 mm. Note that the casing top cover accommodates the buses, in contact with the anode and cathode. The feed and withdraw pipelines are furnished with the flow rate regulators. The partition between the chambers is made of a micro porous plastic material.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
