SUBSTANCE: corrugated sheath from the composite materials is formed on the mandrel. After that reinforcing rings from the fanged composite material are located between the cover bumps. While cover bump forming sealed enclosure of cylindrical form is laid out along the mandrel feathers. The layer of cords (fabric blankets) from composite material is laid in long direction. Technological cords layer is wound at every mandrel cavity along its width in cyclic direction, creating the cable filler adjoining to the mandrel surface. One repeats this process till the defined sylphone wall thickness isn't received. Above the last technological layer in every cavity reinforced material cords are wound and polymerize binding with vacuum process the inner compensator space.
EFFECT: compensator reliability improvement.
