SUBSTANCE: invention relates to monitoring of pressure vessels. The converter unit intended for diagnostics of acoustic noise from a pressure vessel contains an acoustic sensor element, an acoustic wave guide which contains the rotary acoustic connector connected to the acoustic sensor element, a pipe which has the first end of a pipe connected to the rotary acoustic connector, and the second end of the pipe which is acoustically connected with the pipeline for the fluid medium and the circuit unit connected to the acoustic sensor element and the circuit provides a diagnostic output signal.

EFFECT: invention allows to prevent steam leak, to increase operational reliability.
