FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: alcoholic beverage is added with agent reacting with dyes - chitosan sorbent. Beverage portions are divided into reacted and non-reacted with agent. Reacted portion as residues are sorted by centrifugation, and portion not reacted with sorbent agent (supernatant) and raw alcoholic beverage are processed with photometric method. Dyes content in beverage is determined by certain correlation. As chitin sorbent chitosan is used.
EFFECT: simplification and reduction in price of method of determination of dyes and beverage adulteration.
