FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to improved methods for production of a product of lule kebab from mince of different types of meat. Method for production of a lule kebab food product, in which preliminarily prepared mince is loaded into a moulding machine and injected under pressure into the output part of the machine, into which the skewer is installed, and a lule kebab workpiece is formed by means of stringing skewers into a mince, at the same time, minced meat pumping is performed and skewer is automatically supplied for mince stringing into outlet part of moulding machine, in which preset size, weight and shape of lule kebab blank are formed. Beginning and end of lule kebab blank are formed by means of spherical blades. Produced lule kebab semi-product is transferred for frying or for deep freezing.

EFFECT: production of semi-products of equal density along the whole length of the product, specified weight and shape, as well as possibility of setting and determining the length of strung mince on a wooden skewer for its uniform frying.
