SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting, blanching and chopping onions, parsley, cucumbers and horseradish in grinding machine, freezing and chopping scallion and dill in grinding machine, boiling kvass, chopping pike fillet in grinding machine. Listed components are mixed with sour cream, fish broth, table salt and CO2-extract of bitter black pepper and bay leaf. Packing the made mix in aluminum tubes, hermetic sealing and pressure cooking are made.
EFFECT: canned food for space feeding has heightened absorbency.
