FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: proposed soup special-purpose preserve preparation process is as follows: chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and minced; onions, parsley roots and cucumbers are cut, blanched and minced; green onions and dill are frozen and minced; rockfish fillet is minced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with sour cream, fish broth, sugar, culinary salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and laurel lea. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility space meals.
