FIELD: mechanic.
SUBSTANCE: machine for sealing packaging with an open end containing, as a minimum, one pair of parts, which are mutually movable between the open position and the closed sealing position for airtight sealing of the open end of the package. The machine contains form-generating means containing pair of form-generating channels. Each form-generating valve is connected with the sealing part and attached to the first end to the support with the possibility of rotating, so that the second end of the form-generating valve is intended for at least partially following the motion of the sealing part. The form-generating valves, during the movement of the sealing parts to the closed sealing position, press the two opposite parts to one another. This invention also relates to a package sealing method.
EFFECT: increased productivity and decreased time; cleaning of sealing machine is provided.
