FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of reaction mixture, catalytic oxidation of ammonia under pressure more than 0.3 MPa, concentration of nitrous gas by condensation of water vapours, mixing of concentrated nitrous gas with hydrogen, mixture of sulphuric acid, water, condensate produced during concentration of nitrous gas, secondary steam condensate from concentration of HAS (hydroxylamine sulphate) and HAS synthesis. Heat of nitrous gas is used for concentration of nitrous acid condensate and HAS solution. Nitrous acid condensate is concentrated to mass concentration of nitrous acid 40% and released as finished product for mineral fertilizer manufacturing, HAS solution is concentrated to obtain mass concentration 40% using heat generated in condensation of distillate vapours formed during concentration of nitrous acid condensate.
EFFECT: reduction of capital expenses and energy consumption in product manufacturing.
