FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of making ceramic wall products uses the indicated mixture and filler. The technique involves mixing the ground clay with a percentage mass composition of 60-97%, and a filler in the form of hydrophobisised granules with dimensions 0.1-2.0 mm, made from waste glass, ground together with natural zeolite containing effusive-sedimentary zeolite-ash deposits, clinoptilolite, or a mixture of the minerals in quantities of 5.0-80% relative to the mass of granules, and blowing agents of calcium carbonate and silicon carbide in quantities of 1-6% mass of the granules. In that case, quantity of the hydrophobisiser is 1-10% mass of the filler. Then further, there is moistening, formation of gummy products through a plastic technique, or through a half-dry pressing method, drying and burning at a temperature of 950-1075 °C.

EFFECT: wide range of hardware during manufacturing of strong low-shrinking and non-shrinking ceramic products during drying and burning.
